Individuals can report a snooping through the Fraud and Other Irregularities Hotline, website or by mail. An upstanding workplace is in everyone’s weightier interest and we all have a responsibility to report wrongdoing. MPAC’s Code of Conduct provides employees with a set of standards and guidelines that ensure we maintain the highest stratum of integrity and upstanding behaviour in our merchantry operations and relationships. MPAC’s Fraud and Other Irregularities Policy sets out specific guidelines and responsibilities regarding the prevention, detection and reporting of fraud and ensures that any reports of fraudulent behaviour are thoroughly investigated and the towardly whoopee taken. The program is managed and administered by MPAC’s Risk Management Branch, which is self-sustaining and subject to MPAC’s Board of Directors. How to report a snooping Confidential. Secure. Anonymous. MPAC’s Fraud and Other Irregularities Hotline is a secure, confidential service misogynist 24/7. If you suspect fraud, waste or other irregularities, report it. There are three ways to report a concern: Call the Fraud and Other Irregularities Hotline: 1 844 863-6313 Complete and submit an online report through the confidential, secure website at: https://www.clearviewconnects.com/ Submit your snooping by mail to: PO Box 11017 Toronto ON M1E 1N0 The hotline is operated independently by a third party. All reports and contacts are handled in conviction in vibrations with MPAC's Fraud and Other Irregularities Policy. You are not required to provide your name or any other personal information when submitting a report of suspected fraud or waste. MPAC’s Whistleblower Protection Statement provides protection from reprisal for those employees who in good faith report a wrongdoing. What is considered fraud or other irregularities? Fraud Other Irregularities Including Waste Forgery Misappropriation of funds Falsified expense claims Seeking or unsuspicious anything of material value Misappropriation of property, equipment, materials, records, or time Inappropriate manipulation or destruction of data Misuse of hardware or software Seeking or unsuspicious anything of material value from vendors, consultants or contractors doing merchantry with MPAC Misuse or overconsumption of resources Updating data or visualization making on property nature knowingly inconsistent with standards The Fraud and Other Irregularities Policy provides spare guidance and examples.Spareresources Whistleblowing Program Frequently Asked Questions Whistleblowing User Guide MPAC respects your privacy and recognizes that anonymity is an intrinsic part of any Whistleblowing program. To this end, MPAC has retained an external service to collect and maintain the information that you provide. This separation from MPAC ensures that your identity remains unrecognized and that the information provided is properly handled and investigated without risk to you. Further, the information that you provide is moreover protected and subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Although you are encouraged not to include personal information in your report, if you happen to provide any, it will be placid under the MPAC Act and will be used strictly for purposes of investigating the whistleblowing matter that you are reporting.
